Whether it be advice, telephone support, spare parts request or a site visit, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and helpfulness.

Receiving the correct advice on machine selection before your purchase is also essential and helpful.

Installation

After the New or Used Machine is delivered, we can install, level and connect to services to give you peace of mind that all is safe and correct.

Commissioning

Will be conducted by one of our qualified staff to explain to your operators the correct use of the machine, Health and Safety Practices and changing blades etc. A Certificate will follow with operators names.

Service Contracts

Our contracts can be set up at intervals of 3 months, 6 months or annually, depending on usage. We service and repair as necessary. Any major problems will be quoted for and accepted before we proceed.

Telephone Support

You may contact us at anytime after purchase to speak to one of our experts on any concerns you may have. Nine times out of ten we can normally help over the phone and get you on your way again.

Breakdown

If all else fails we can call out to site and repair your machine.

Spare Parts

Our Spares Department has a large range of spare parts for current machines and stock for machines over 20 years of age. We can send off overnight on all stock items.

 

Maintenance Schemes

We can offer Maintenance Schemes which can fit your budget. When you purchase a New or Used Machine discuss these options with either the Sales Representative or Engineer.

We also provide Maintenance Schemes for any of your existing machinery.

The First Visit normally takes slightly longer than the following visits as we would log all the machine tools requested to work on and give them a number. This is so that when we quote it is easier to understand eg. Band saw No. 7.

We would not presume to repair without an eye to the cost. If any repair in our opinion could be costly we would get your go ahead first.

The Second Visit can be either every 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. The average is 6 monthly depending on machine usage. We fill out a call sheet which you take a copy. If you require the remedial work (if any) to be carried out sooner than the next visit, we can arrange this.

Preventative Maintenance can avoid troublesome breakdowns at a time when you are at your busiest.
